These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HuaXin Manufacturing website and the services we provide. By using this site you agree to these Terms.

1. About our services

HuaXin Manufacturing provides printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), component sourcing and related electronic manufacturing services. Quotations, lead times and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to written agreement for each order.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access. We may change, suspend or remove parts of the site at any time.

3. Quotations and orders

A quotation is an invitation to treat and is not a binding offer until we confirm your order in writing. Prices are subject to component market conditions. Orders are confirmed when both parties sign an order acknowledgment or purchase agreement.

4. Customer files and IP

You retain all rights in the design files, BOMs and intellectual property you send us. We use them solely to manufacture and deliver your order, and we treat them as confidential.

5. Warranty and liability

We warrant that assembled boards conform to the agreed specification at the time of despatch. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not limit liability for fraud or gross negligence.

6. Third-party components

Where components are supplied by third parties, their original manufacturers' warranties apply. We pass through such warranties to the extent we can.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen.
