SMT Assembly
Eighteen high-speed SMT lines built for dense, high-precision boards. We place everything from 01005 micro components to large BGAs with controlled, repeatable process windows — solder paste, high-speed placement and reflow under continuous SPI monitoring.

DIP Through-Hole
For mixed-technology boards, robust through-hole joints matter as much as the finest SMT placement. We run both automated wave and selective soldering, so connectors, coils and large discrete parts get strong, repeatable joints — even on boards that mix SMT and THT.

Testing & Burn-in
Every board deserves to be proven before it ships. We layer inspection and test so no defect travels: optical and X-Ray inspection catch assembly faults, ICT verifies the circuit, and FCT plus burn-in validate real-world function and reliability.

Conformal Coating
When boards live in harsh environments — moisture, dust, vibration, corrosive air — a conformal coating keeps them alive. We apply automated selective coating that protects precisely where it should, leaving test points and connectors clean.
